| 摘 要： | 目的:建立黄芩提取液中黄芩苷的含量测定方法,优选黄芩苷的提取工艺。方法:以黄芩苷为指标,采用高效液相色谱法测定黄芩苷含量;采用正交试验优选出黄芩苷的提取工艺。结果:优选的提取工艺为以14倍药材量的水回流提取2次,每次1h。结论:优选出的提取工艺稳定、合理、可行。

| Abstract: | Objective:To establish a method for content determination of baicalin in Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi extract Liquid and to optimize the extraction technique.Methods:The content of baicalin was adopted as index and was determined by HPLC;Orthogonal test were employed to optimize the extraction technique.Results:The optimal technique was twice recirculation in water solvent 14 times the amount of Scutellaria baicalensis Geor-giflour,each time for 1 hour.Conclusion:The established met hod is convenient,and the extraction technique is stable,reasonable and practicable. |
