摘    要:目的:观察乙酰谷酰胺(aceglutamide)对新生大鼠缺血缺氧性脑病(HIE)模型的作用。方法:建立新生大鼠HIE模型,100只出生7d的Wistar大鼠随机分为假手术组,HIE模型组和乙酰谷酰胺组,于缺血缺氧后48h取左脑,测定脑组织水含量、脑组织MDA及血清TNF-。结果:与HIE模型组相比,乙酰谷酰胺组脑组织含水量、脑组织MDA以及血清TNF-水平均显著降低(P<0.05;P<0,05;P<0.05)。结论:乙酰谷酰胺对新生大鼠缺血缺氧后脑组织有保护作用,其机制可能与乙酰谷酰胺增加脑细胞对缺血缺氧的耐受能力,增加谷胱甘肽合成、增强DNA合成等有关。

Effects of Aceglutamide on Newborn Rats with Hypoxic-ischemic Encephalopathy

Abstract:Objective:To observe the effects of aceglutamide on newborn rats with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(HIE).Methods:Models of 7-day-old newborn Wistar rats with HIE were established and 100 rats were randomly divided into sham operation group,HIE model group and aceglutamide group.48h after hypoxic-ischemic operation the left side brains were taken out and the water content and the level of MDA,TNF-were measured.Results:Compared with HIE model group,the content of water and the level of MDA,TNF-were markedly reduced.Conclusion:aceglutamide could protect brain of neonatal rat against hypoxic-ischemic damage,which might be the result of the improvement of tolerance of hypoxic-ischemic,synthesis of glutathione and NDA.
