产地对蟾酥鲜浆成分组成影响的研究

目的:研究不同产地蟾酥鲜浆中成分组成的差异,探讨蟾酥药材质量差异较大的原因。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定不同产地的蟾酥鲜浆中脂蟾毒配基、华蟾酥毒基、蟾毒灵3种蟾毒配基类成分的含量,比较不同产地蟾酥鲜浆液相色谱图谱的相似性。结果:不同产地蟾酥鲜浆中脂蟾毒配基、华蟾酥毒基、蟾毒灵含量及三者之间的组成比例和液相色谱图谱有较大的差异。在不考虑加工过程对成分影响的前提下,只有山东、辽宁、安徽产的蟾酥符合《中国药典》的规定,且液相色谱图谱相似度较大。结论:不同产地的蟾酥鲜浆成分组成存在明显的差异,应完善蟾酥的质量控制体系,保证其用药的安全性和有效性。

Effects of Different Place of Production on Component Contents of Fresh Pulp of Bufo bufo gargarizans

Objective：To study the component content of bufalin ,cinobufagin and recibufogenin from fresh pulp of Bufo bufo gargarizans from different place of production. Method：The content of bufalin,cinobufagin and recibufogenin in fresh pulp of B ufo bufo gargarizans were determined by HPLC,which was collected from different place of production,and compared the similar between each fingerprints. Results：The content and ratio of bufalin,cinobufagin and recibufogenin in fresh pulp of B ufo bufo gargarizans from different place of production were different,and there were also great differences between each fingerprints. Exclude the possibility of the effect of drying and processing methods on the quality of component content ,only the Bufo bufo gargarizans from Shandong,Liaoning and Anhui were in line with quality requirements of pharma-copoeia. Conclusion：The component content in fresh pulp of Bufo bufo gargarizans from different place of production was significantly different,and the quality-control system should be established and improved,and made the administration of drugs safe and effect.
