| 摘 要： | 目的:用HPLC法测定半枝莲药材中熊果酸的含量。方法:采用Agilent SB-C18柱(5μm,4.6mm×250 mm),以甲醇-2%乙酸(88:12)等度洗脱,流速1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长210 nm,柱温30℃。结果:熊果酸浓度在0.0245~0.4918 mg·mL-1(r=0.9996)范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率(n=3)为98.7%(RSD=1.90%),供试品溶液在24 h内稳定。结论:该方法精密度良好,准确度高,适合于半枝莲药材中熊果酸含量的测定。

| Abstract: | Objective：To determine ursolie acid in Scutellaria barbara D.Don using high peflonnance liquid chromatography （HPLC）. Methods ：Agilent Eclipse SB-C18 column （5μm,4.6 mm×250mm） was adopted with a mobile phase of methanol-2% Acetic Acid（88：12） at the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the detection wavelength was set at 210 nm and the column temperature was 30℃. Results：The content of ursolic acid was linear in the ranges of 0.0245-0.4918 mg/mL（r=0.9996） for ursolic acid. The average recoveriestn=3） of ursolic acid were 98.7%（RSD = 1.90%）. The sample solution was steady within 24 h. Conclusi4n：This method is precise and accurate for content determination of ursolic acid in Scutellaria barbara D.Don. |
