针药并用治疗脾胃虚弱证糖尿病胃轻瘫疗效观察

目的:观察运用针灸、健脾和胃汤治疗脾胃虚弱证糖尿病胃轻瘫的近期疗效。方法:将72例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各36例,治疗组应用针刺、艾灸结合健脾和胃汤口服的综合疗法,对照组单纯口服多潘立酮,3疗程后观察和比较两组疗效。结果:治疗组临床痊显率80.6%、有效率91.7%,明显优于对照组(58.3%和83.3%),差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:采用针药并用治疗脾胃虚弱证糖尿病胃轻瘫安全、有效。

Clinical Observation of Acupuncture in Combination with Chinese Herbal Medicine Gastroparesis with Spleen for Treatment of Diabetic and Stomach Deficiency Syndrome

Abstract Objective：To observe the short term results ot using acupuncture and traditionl Chinese medicine treatment for diabetic gastroparesis with spleen and stomach deficiency syndrome. Methods：Seventy-two patients were randomly divided into treatment group（acupuncture,ginger moxibustion and Jianpi Hewei decoction） and control group（oral drugs：oral domperidone treatment） with 36 cases in each group. Improvement of two groups patients were observed and compared after treatment. Results：The treatment group clinical revealing rate was 80.6% and efficiency rate 91.7%,significantly better than the control group（58.3% and 83.3%）,and the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion ：Acupuncture in combination with medicine in treating diabetic gastroparesis with spleen and stomach deficiency syndrome is safe and effective.
