| 摘 要： | 小儿支气管肺炎早期以刺激性干咳、咳甚胸胁作痛等症状为主,此病早期症状与肝咳的致病特点相符,故临床从肝咳论治,在疾病的起始阶段截断病势,防止传变,治疗以柴枳半夏汤加减,疗效确切。

| Abstract: | The main clinical performance of early pediatric bronchopneumonia is stimulatory tussiculation , chest and hypochondria pain,which is consistent with the pathogenic characteristic of liver cough. So it is recommended that we treat early pediatric bronchopneumonia from liver cough so that the tendency of dis-ease is cut off at the beginning. Treatment from liver cough with Chaizhi Banxia decoction has precisely ef-fects. |
