| 摘 要： | 本文报告186例不包括腰椎间盘突出症的腰骶神经根压迫症,并经手术治疗。本组根据不同类型神经根压迫病理因素,采用四种方式施行神经根减压术。随访168例,平均随访28个月,优良率为85.5%(159/168)。本文对非椎间盘致压因素和病理变化及治疗方法的选择作了讨论。

| Abstract: | One hundred and eighty-six patients with entrapment of the lumbar-sacral nerve root in lumbar spine excluding the cause of disc herniation were treated by operation. Four types of decom-pressive operation were taken according to the various pathological compressive factors. 168 cases have been followed up with average time 28 months. The effective rate is 85.5%(159/168). The compressive factor exclude disc herniation, its pathological change and selection of the operative method were also discussed. |
