外伤性眶骨缺损国产羟基磷灰石整复的研究

目的 探讨国产珊瑚多孔羟基磷灰石人工骨板整复眶骨缺损的效果及安全性。方法 将规格为200μm孔径的内联多孔羟基磷灰石板块植入眶骨缺损处。对3l例32处眶骨缺损进行修复。随访6～24月，平均17．2月，术后进行外观和功能的观察以及X线、CT检查。结果 随访期间均未见植入物脱出或移位等并发症，3l例均获得满意效果。术后1年以上的X线片及CT片上未见植入物密度、边界或大小的改变。结论 国产羟基磷灰石是良好的骨替代材料，明显优于自体骨及其它人工材料。

A study on traumatic orbital bone defect repaired with domestic coral porous hydroxyapatite

Objective To research for the efficacy and safety of repair of orbital bone defect with domestic made coral porous hydroxyaptite (HA). Methods Put domestic mode HA-a plate form mass with an interconnected systems of canals of approximately 200um in size in to the defect area of orbital bone. In clinical study,32 sites in 31 cases of orbit bone defects were repaired with HA, and followed up for 6 to 24 months. Post-operative ophthalmic observation and X-ray and CT examination were taken. Results No extrusion or migration of implant was observed. The results of the whole 31 cases were favorable and successful. After one year of implantation, the density, border and range of the implant had no change on X-ray.Conclusion Domestic HA is a good material for substitute of traumate defect of orbital bone and is much better than autogenous tissue or other artificial materials.
