胃癌术后早期肠内营养的应用及护理

目的：总结对胃癌术后患者早期实施肠内营养（enteral nutrition，EN）的临床效果及护理经验。方法：对26例胃癌术后患者实施早期肠内营养，采用鼻肠管术后早期输入要素膳并进行相应护理。结果：24例患者配合完成营养计划，创口愈合良好，未出现严重并发症，其余2例肠内营养不适，改肠外营养。结论：胃癌术后经鼻肠营养管早期实施EN，可以显著促进患者胃肠功能恢复改善患者的营养状况，提高患者免疚力，不良反应少，是一种安全有效简单易行的方法。

Objective：Summarizes after the stomach cancer technique in patient early time implementation intestines nutrition （enteral nutrition, EN） clinical effect and nursing experience. Methods： After 26 example stomach cancer technique the patient implements in the early intestines the nutrition, after using the nose intestines technique, the early input essential factor meals and carry on corresponding nursing. Results：24 example patients coordinate to complete the nutrition plan, the wound cicatrization are good, has not presented the serious complication, in other 2 example intestines the nutrition is ill, changes outside the intestines the nutrition. Conclusion：After stomach cancer technique, implements EN after the nose intestines alimentary tract early time, may obviously promote the patient stomach and intestines function to restore improves patient＇s nutritional status, enhances the patient to exempt chronic illness strength, the untoward effect are few, is one security effective easy and feasible method.
