| 摘 要： | 建立清洁级W istar大鼠的血液常规、生化正常值,为药物毒理学评价提供参考。采用实验室评价方法,对10~12周清洁级W istar大鼠进行了观测。结果,经对220只大鼠(雌雄各半)检测证明,动物血清生化指标中,除血清总胆固醇之外,其它指标在雌雄动物之间均存在差异。雄性大鼠血液白细胞、血清谷丙转氨酶比雌性大鼠明显偏高(P<0.01);雌性大鼠血清肌酐和总蛋白比雄性大鼠明显偏高(P<0.01)。结论,本研究结果在雌雄大鼠之间血清生化指标多数存在差异,血液学指标受动物性别、年龄及检测方法等因素的影响。

| Abstract: | Objective:To establish the normal hematological indexes and biochemical indexes of clean Wistar rat.Methods: 110 male and 110 female clean Wistar rats of 10～12 weeks old were selected.The indexes of hematology and biochemistry were measures.Results: WBC and ALT were much higher in males than in females(P<0.01),while the creatinine and TP in males were lower in males than in females(P<0.01).Conclusions: The normal value ranges of these indexes are coincident with those reported in relevant literature. |
