摘    要:目的 建立营养性肥胖大鼠动物模型.方法 雄性SD大鼠50只随机分成高脂饮食组和普通饮食组,于喂养第12周时测大鼠体重、血脂、空腹胰岛素、葡萄糖耐量、胰岛素耐量,于第16周留尿测定微量白蛋白和肌酐,留取肾周和附睾脂肪称重,分离大鼠胰岛进行体外培养,测定胰岛及单个细胞直径.结果 与对照组相比,高脂组大鼠体重、肾周及附睾脂肪含量、血脂、空腹胰岛素水平以及尿白蛋白的排出均明显升高,存在糖耐量减低、胰岛素抵抗.高脂组大鼠中直径大于200μm的大胰岛比例增多,胰岛细胞数目增多.结论 建立的肥胖大鼠模型较接近成年人肥胖症的病理生理改变,可作为肥胖及相关疾病的研究平台.
