红花注射液联合鲑鱼降钙素对改善原发性骨质疏松症临床症状的影响

摘    要:目的:观察红花注射液联合鲑鱼降钙素对改善原发性骨质疏松症骨痛等临床症状的影响。方法:选择2008年1月~2009年8月本院收治的原发性骨质疏松伴腰部疼痛、下肢酸痛、麻木等临床症状的患者101例,随机分为两组,治疗组51例,对照组50例。治疗组51例使用鲑鱼降钙素50IU,静脉滴注,1次,d,1周后改为1次/(2·d)给药,疗程2周,同时予红花注射液20ml,1次,d,疗程7d;对照组50例口服碳酸钙300mg,2次,d,阿法骨化醇0.5μg,1次/a,疗程2周,两组均辅以国公酒贴敷等理疗处理。结果:治疗组总有效率为98.04%,对照组总有效率为92.00%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:红花注射液联合鲑鱼降钙素对改善原发性骨质疏松症伴疼痛等临床症状效果显著。

Safflower injection and salmon calcitonin to improve clinical symptoms of primary osteoporosis

Abstract:Objective: To observe the safflower injection of salmon calcitonin to improve the co-primary clinical symptoms of osteoporosis impact. Methods: Selected from January 2008 to August 2009 admitted to our hospital diagnosed as primary osteoporosis with back pain, leg pain, numbness and other symptoms were 101 cases, which were randomly divided into 51 cases of treatment group and 50 cases of the control group. Treatment group, 51 cases of the use of salmon calcitonin 50 IU, im, qd, a week later changed q2 d administration, treatment for two weeks, while ivd safflower injection 20 ml, qd, treatment for 7 days; control group, 50 cases of oral calcium carbonate 300 mg, bid, alfacalcidol 0.5μg, qd, treatment for two weeks, two groups were supplemented with the public and wine country, etc. Sticking with physiotherapy treatment. Results: The total effective rate of treatment group was 98.04%; the total efficiency of control group was 92.00%, the two groups, there was significant difference (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Safflower injection of salmon caleitonin to improve the co-primary osteoporosis with the clinical symptoms of pain and results are obvious.
