摘    要:目的研究伴生物质对何首乌中药水提液微滤过程的影响。方法从物理化学参数、有效成分膜透过率、高分子膜截留率及特征指纹图谱多角度分析不同压力、流速及膜孔径条件下微滤变化规律,并探讨不同条件下微滤过程中膜污染机制。结果微滤精制前后,电导率与浊度变化显著降低,pH与黏度变化较小;高分子截留率随膜孔径增大而降低,随压力、流速增大而增大。结论何首乌中高分子等伴生物质对膜过程有很大的影响。

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of co-existing materials in aqueous solution extract from Polygonum multif lorum Thunb . on microfiltration process .Methods Based on the physical and chemical parameters ,permeation rate ,rejection rate of macromo-lecular materials ,and fingerprint chromatogram were used ,to find out the change rules of microfiltration .At the same time ,the change trend on the different flux and membrane fouling in microfiltration process under different conditions was analyzed .Results Before and after microfiltration ,conductivity and turbidity were significantly reduced ,but pH and viscosity changed a little .Re-jection rate of macromolecular materials was reduced with the membrane pore size increased .Meanwhile the transmembrane pres-sureandflowvelocitywereincreased.ConclusionCo-existingmaterialsinaqueoussolutionextractfrom Polygonummultiflorum Thunb .Showed a great impact on the microfiltration process .
