| 摘 要： | 目的调查普通外科泮托拉唑预防应激性溃疡的使用情况,评价药物使用的合理性。方法统计普通外科在2013年13月预防应激性溃疡使用泮托拉唑的病历159份,对其使用情况进行统计分析。结果在159份病历中,泮托拉唑使用不合理89份,占55.97%,无高危因素使用占36.48%。主要表现在用药指征不明显、疗程过长、剂量过大。结论泮托拉唑在普通外科的应用合理性有待加强。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the utilization of pantoprazole in prevention of stress ulcer （SU） .Methods 159 cases of medical records from 2013 January to March in the department of general surgery using pantoprazole to prevent SU were statistically ana-lyzed .Results In 159 cases ,89 medical records were unreasonable ,accounting for 55 .97% .Meanwhile ,no risk factor cases were accounted for 36 .48% .The unreasonable cause mainly refers to the unclear syndrome ,long duration ,or excessive dosage . Conclusion The use of pantoprazole needs to be strengthened in the department of general surgery . |
