结核性、癌性胸水患者血清和胸水铜、锌、铁之研究

摘    要:为了探讨血清和胸水铜、锌、铁与结核性、癌性胸水的关系,对21例结核性胸水和21例癌性胸水者分别进行血清和胸水铜、锌、铁测定。结果表明,癌性胸水组血清和胸水铜含量和铅/锌比值显著高于结核性胸水组,而血清和胸水锌含量显著下降(P<0.01);癌性胸水组血清铁显著下降,而胸水铁含量显著高于结核性胸水组(P<0.01);血清和胸水微量元素测定是一种新的胸水鉴别诊断方法。

Abstract:The levels of copper,zinc.iron in serums and plerual effusions were determined in 21 cases with cancerous effusions and 21 patients with tuberculous pleural effusions.The result showed that the levels of copper and copper zinc ration in serums and pleural effusions were significantly higher and zinc was lower markedly in patients with cancerous effusions than those in cases with tuberculous pleural effusions( P <0 01).In cancerous effusion patients.the serum iron decreased and the effusion iron inceased significantly( P <0 01).The determination of trace elements in serums and pleural fluids might be used therefore as a new means in the differential diagnosis of plerual effusion.
