36例重型颅脑损伤并发肺部感染患者病原菌分析

目的分析重型颅脑损伤术后肺部感染患者病原菌组成情况。方法收集36例患者的痰液接种于血琼脂培养基培养,18-24 h后观察菌落特征并染色。结果 36例患者痰培养结果显示,革兰氏阴性菌最多,有20例,其中大肠埃希菌7例,肺炎克雷伯菌6例,铜绿假单胞菌5例,鲍氏不动杆菌2例。革兰氏阳性菌14例,其中粪球菌7例,金黄色葡萄球菌4例,肺炎球菌3例,另外真菌2例。结论重型颅脑损伤术后肺部感染患者病原菌构成以革兰氏阴性杆菌为主,同时真菌的比例升高。

Analysis of 36 Patients with Severe Craniocerebarl Injury Patients with Postoperative Pulmo nary Infection

Objective To observe severe craniocerebral injury patients with postoperative pulmonary infection,and to analyze pathogens composition. Methods 36 patients sputum were inoculated on blood agar culture medium,after 18 - 24 h the colony characteristics and dyeing were observed. Results The results of 36 cases with sputum culture showed that the gram negative bacteria was the most. There were 20 cases,including 7 cases of Escherichia coli,6 cases of klebsiella pneumoniae,5 cases of pseudomonas aeruginosa,and acinetobacter baumannii in 2 cases. There were 14 gram positive bacteria cases,including 7 enterococcus faecalis cases,4 staphylococcus aureus cases,3 pneumococcal cases,and 2 fungi cases. Conclusion Pathogenic bacteria for severe head injury patients with pulmonary infection were mainly gram- negative bacilli,with increasing fungi.
