专科门诊护理对2型糖尿病患者疗效的影响

目的：探讨糖尿病专科门诊护理在2型糖尿病患者病情控制中的应用效果。方法将296例2型糖尿病患者采用随机的方法分为观察组和对照组。对照组进行常规健康宣教，观察组采用专科门诊护理，比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组患者在合理饮食、运动疗法、自我检测等方面的依从性显著高于对照组（ P＜0．05）。观察组患者护理后的健康生活方式得分显著高于对照组，低血糖的发生率显著低于对照组（ P＜0．05）。观察组患者护理后的糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖均显著低于对照组（ P＜0．05）。结论专科门诊护理可帮助糖尿病患者建立健康的生活方式，提高治疗的依从性和血糖控制水平。

Effect of Specific Nursing on Type 2 Diabetes Patients

Objective To explore the application effect of outpatient specific nursing on type 2 diabetes.Methods A total of 296 ca-ses of type 2 diabete patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was given health education, and the observation group was given outpatient specific nursing.Nursing effects were compared between the two groups.Results Compliance in terms of a reasonable diet, exercise therapy, self detection in the observation group were higher than those in the control group （P〈0.05）.The score of healthy lifestyle after nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the in-cidence of hypoglycemia was significantly lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）.Glycosylated hemoglobin, fasting blood glucose, 2 h post-prandial blood glucose after nursing in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Outpatient specific nursing can help establish a favorable way of life in diabetes patients, and improve the level of compliance and blood glucose control therapy.
