深圳市福田区在押人员疾病收治现状调查与对策研究

目的 研究深圳市福田区看守所在押人员疾病收治现状及对策，使之有效地满足患病在押人员医疗诉求。方法 自行设计三套问卷先后采集两组病例，回顾性分析2008—12～2011-11间我院内外科传统路径收治的244份病例。提出相应对策。监测2013—05～2014—05间在外科组实施临床路径管理模式收治的41例在押人员运作过程以及满意度调查和效果评分等。结果 根据反馈资料按四方面评分。单病种临床路经标准化医嘱执行合格完成率为87．8％，出入院诊断依据符合率为90．2％，辅助检查阳性显现率达97．6％，根据医疗文件的结果评价患者的差异，41病例中临床路经规范化合格完成率达85．4％，因变异淘汰失败病例为6例，占比14．6％。结论 采用临床路径管理可有效的提高在押人员疾病收治服务质量。

Present Investigation and Countermeasure Research of Disease Treatment of Detainees in Futian District in Shenzhen City

Objective To explore the current situation of the detainees＇ disease treatment and countermeasures to satisfy medical demands of detainees in detention effectively. Methods Three sets of questionnaire survey designed by ourselves were used. 244 detainees cases treated with the traditional pathway in the department of medicine and surgery were analyzed. After countermeasures suggested, process of 41 detainees cases treated with Clinical Pathway from May, 2013 to May, 2014 in the surgical department were monitored. At the same time, satisfaction survey and the score results were performed. Results Assessment was marked from four aspects according to the feedback information： （1） Up to standard rate of doctors＇ advice in single disease with Clinical Pathway was 87.8%. （2） The coincidence rate of diagnosis on Admission/Discharge hospital was 90.2%. （3） The positive rate of auxiliary examination was 97.6%. （4） Qualified rate of 41 cases on Clinical Pathway was 85.4% according to the variation results of medical records. The elimination rate for 6 failure cases was 14.6%. Conclusion Clinical Pathway management can improve the service of detainees＇ disease treatment effectively.
