米索前列醇联合催产素预防前置胎盘产后大出血疗效观察

目的：为了进一步研究和比较采用米索前列醇联合催产素预防前置胎盘产后大出血的临床实际效果，从而为关于前置胎盘产后大出血预防的相关研究提供借鉴和参考。方法 本文以我院2010－12～2012－12间收治的224例前置胎盘剖宫产术孕妇为研究对象，随机将其分成治疗组和对照组，每组各112例。对照组采用催产素治疗，治疗组采用米索前列醇联合催产素预防治疗。结果 在术后2 h出血量和产后24 h出血量组间比较，治疗组孕妇的出血量显著低于对照组孕妇的出血量，均P＜0．05，差异具有统计学意义。结论 在临床上预防前置胎盘产后大出血的实践过程中，采用米索前列醇联合催产素预防方法的临床实践效果显著，是临床预防前置胎盘产后大出血的可靠选择。

Effect Observation of Misoprostol Combined with Oxytocin in the Prevention of Postpartum Hemorrhage of Placenta Previa

Objective To further investigate and compare the clinical actual effect of misoprostol combined with oxytocin in the preven-tion of postpartum hemorrhage of placenta previa, so as to provide reference for the research of postpartum hemorrhage of placenta previa. Methods 224 cases of cesarean section with placenta previa in the hospital from December, 2010 to December, 2012 were chosen as the research objects.The 224 cases of pregnant women were randomly divided into two groups：the treatment group and the control group, with 112 cases in each group.The control group used oxytocin treatment, and the observation group used misoprostol combined with oxytocin prophylaxis.Results The bleeding amount of intraoperative and postoperative 2h and 24h postpartum hemorrhage in the two groups were compared, and the amount of bleeding in the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group, P〈0.05.There was statistical-ly significant difference between the groups.Conclusion In the clinical practice of placenta previa prevention in postpartum hemorrhage, the clinical effect of misoprostol combined with oxytocin prevention is significant, and it is the reliable choice for the clinical prevention of postpartum hemorrhage placenta previa.
