| 摘 要： | 【目的】研究应用交互牵引结合固定平面导板矫治下颌第一磨牙舌倾的临床效果。【方法】应用交互牵引结合固定平面导板，通过矫治前后测量下颌第一磨牙问宽度，时17例共25个下颌第一磨牙舌倾患者进行时比观察，并进行统计分析。【结果】下颌磨牙间宽度明显增加．差异有显著性。【结论】交互牵引结合固定平面导板是矫治下颌第一磨牙舌倾的有效方法。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of lingual inclination of the first molar of mandible by using intermaxillary traction and fixed flat bite-plate. Seventeen cases (25 mandibular molars of lingual inclination ) were treated with intermaxillary traction and fixed flat bite-plate. The width of mandibular morlars was measured and statistics was carried out before and after treatment. The width of mandibular morlars increased obviously, the result showed statistical difference (P<0.001). [Conclusion]Clinical application of intermaxillary traction and fixed flat bite-plate could correct lingual inclination of mandibular molar effectively. |
