高碘对大鼠海马一氧化氮合酶蛋白表达的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨高碘对大鼠学习记忆功能的影响和海马一氧化氮合酶(NOS)活性变化的关系。方法:采用Y-迷宫试验和免疫组化ABC方法对高碘大鼠海马内神经型一氧化氮合酶(nNOS)的变化进行研究。结果:高碘大鼠学习能力比对照组明显降低(P<0.05),高碘大鼠海马nmNOS阳性神经细胞数目较对照组明显减少(P<0.05),结论:高碘对大鼠学习记忆能力的影响与其海马nNOS阳性神经细胞数目减少有关。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship between the effect of iodine on learning and memory and the changes of NOS in cerebral hippocampus.Methods Y-maze-testing to test the ability of learning and memory and used ABC histochemistry to investigate the change of neuro-nitric oxide synthase (nNOS) in cerebral cortex in iodine exposed rat.Results Compared with the control rat,the learning and memory ability of iodine exposed rats were significantly decreased (P<0.05),the number of nNOS neurons of rat's hippocampus exposed to Iodine was significantly decreased as compared with the control rat.Conclusions The effects of iodine on learning and memory might be related to the changes of nNOS in cerebral hippocampus in rat exposed to Iodine.
