硒对IL—1和IL—2的产生及其反应性的影响

摘    要:本文报告硒对白细胞介素1(IL-1)和白细胞介素2(IL-2)的产生及其反应性的影响。实验结果显示:T淋巴细胞经低浓度亚硒酸钠预处理后,丝裂原诱导的IL-2活性水平显著升高,表明硒可促进IL-2的产生;在亚硒酸钠存在的条件下,T淋巴母细胞对IL-2的应答增强;硒可明显促进巨噬细胞分泌IL-1,并可促进胸腺细胞对IL-1的应答。提示硒可能通过促进IL-1的分泌和应答而间接促进IL-2的产生和应答,进而促进T细胞及其他免疫细胞的增殖和活性,以增强机体免疫功能。

Abstract:In this paper, the effects of selenium on the production and responsiveness of interleukin 1 (IL-1) and interleukin 2 (IL-2) were reported. The results showed that selenium was able to enhanced the production of IL-2 by T lymphocytes and IL-1 by macrophages in the presence of lectin and to augment the response of T lympho. blasts to IL-2 and Thymocytes to IL-1 in the presence of ConA. The data presented suggest that selenium might enhance IL-2 production and response through the augmentation of IL-1 production, by which selenium enhanced the proliferation and action of T lymphocyte and other immunocompetent cells.
