| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨恶性肿瘤患者经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管发生并发症的原因及护理干预措施。方法：总结2001年7月～2008年1月为恶性肿瘤患者经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管54例,观察和记录各种并发症,分析其原因及护理措施。结果：出现并发症8例,发生率为14.81%,其中静脉炎2例,导管感染2例,导管堵塞3例,导管脱落1例。经密切观察,及时发现,加强护理,均顺利恢复并完成治疗。结论：熟练掌握PICC的操作技能,实施全面的健康教育,注意观察,可以降低PICC患者并发症的发生率。
