1467名离退休干部健康状况分析

目的了解离退休干部人群身体健康状况。方法对1467名离退休干部人群进行健康检查,做常规体格检查,查血常规、血糖、血脂、尿常规,心电图、B型超声波、X线胸片。结果离退休干部人群中患有一种或一种以上的疾病者1083人,占总检人数的73.82%。患病率以白内障居首位（47.58%）,其次为前列腺增生（46.28%）,主要疾病为高血压病（38.88%）、高血脂症（32.17%）、脂肪肝（25.70%）、冠心病（21.88%）、糖尿病（11.99%）、胆结石（7.77%）。结论高血压病、高血脂症,糖尿病是干部人群的主要疾病;需要加强相关疾病保健知识的宣教和预防干预。

Health states of 1467 retired cadres

ObjectiveTo survey the health states of retired cadres.MethodsRoutine physical examination,blood test.fasting blood glucose,serum lipids,urinary test,B type ultrasound and chest X-ray were carried out in 1467 retired cadres aged over 60 years old.ResultsThere were 1083 cadres(73.82%) suffering one or more diseases.Major diseases among the cadres were cataract(47.58%),prostatic hypertrophy(46.28%),hypertension(38.38%),hyperlipoidemia(32.17%),fatty liver(25.70%),coronary heart disease(21.88%),diabetes mellitus(11.99%),and gallstone(7.77%).ConclusionHypertension,hyperlipideamia,and diabetes mellitus are major diseases in retired cadre populations.Great importance shold be attached to Propagandas on health protection knowledge and measures on prevention.
