大鼠消化道促性腺激素释放激素受体和胰高血糖素的免疫组织化学

摘    要:目的:观察大鼠胃肠道胰高血糖素免疫反应阳性细胞(EG细胞)分布情况及大鼠回肠促性腺激素释放激素(GnRH)受体和高血糖素的共存关系。方法:免疫组化SABC法。结果:EG细胞散在分布于大鼠回肠和结肠的腺上皮细胞间,阳性物质分布于细胞质。大鼠胃、十二指肠、空肠未见EG细胞分布。回肠邻片免疫染色结果显示EG细胞呈GnRH受体免疫反应阳性。结论:大鼠胃肠道内只有回肠和结肠存在胰高血糖素细胞。回肠内的胰高血糖素细胞可能存在GnRH受体,GnRH可能以自分泌或旁分泌的方式对肠道内EG细胞所分泌的胰高血糖素进行调节。

Abstract:Objective:To study the distribution of glucagon in rat gastrointestinal tract and the coexistence of glucagon and gonadotropin releasing hormone receptor (GnRHR) produced by rat ilem.Methods:Sequential deparaffinized sections of rat gut were immunonstained with ABC method. The antibodies were rabbit anti-GnRHR and rabbit anti-glucagon.Results: Glucagon immunoreactive cells were found disperse in the epithelium of rat ileac and colonic gland,while GnRHR immunoreactive cells in ilem coincided with the GnRHR cells. Stomach,duodenum and jejunum of rat didn't see the glucagon immunoreactive cells.Conclusion:The glucagon immuno-reactive cells are distributed in rat ilem and colon (EG cells or L cells) throughout the rat gastrointestial tract.EG cells in rat ilem might have the GnRHR, which may regulate glucagon secreted from EG cells of autocrine or paracrine mechanism.
