运动、锌铜营养与自由基代谢——Ⅲ.游泳训练对小鼠体内自由基生成与清除的影响

摘    要:Balb-c小鼠20只,随机分成实验组和对照组,实验组小鼠进行游泳训练。6周后均处死取血、肝、心以测定丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)。结果显示,游泳训练并不会增加小鼠体内的MDA生成,且可显著提高小鼠体内CuZn-SOD、Mn-SOD以及肝线粒体GSH-Px等抗过氧化物酶的活力。

Abstract:20 Balb-c mice were randomly assigned to test and control group and the mice in test group performed anexercise programme (swimming, 6d/w). After 6 weeks, all mice were killed and blood, liver and heart weretaken out for the examination of MDA, CuZn-SOD, Mn-SOD, GSH-Px and CAT The results showed thatMDA formation was not changed and the activities of CuZn-SOD, Mn-SOD and mitochondrial GSH-Px signi-ficantly increased after 6-week swimming training.
