| 摘 要： | 目的建立用高效液相色谱法（HPLC）对复方庆大霉素膜中醋酸地塞皋松进行含量测定的方法。方法采用Synergi4u Hydro-rp80A（250mm×4．60mm,4micron）色谱柱。以甲醇．水．三乙胺（695：300：5）为流动相，检测波长为240nm．流速为1．0mL·min-1。结果 醋酸地塞米松的线性范围为12-96μg·mL-1（r=0．9999，n=5）；平均回收率为98．8％（RSD=0．83％，n=6）。结论本方法结果准确，重现性好，适用于该复方制剂中醋酸地塞米松的含量测定。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the content determination of dexamethasone acetate in compound gentamycin pellicles by HPLC. METHODS Synergi 4u Hydro-rp 80A（250mm × 4.60mm, 4 micron） column was used, methanol-water-triethylamine（695： 300： 5） was used as mobile phase, the detection wavelength was at 240nm, the flow rate was 1.0mL·min- 1. RESULTS The linear range of dexamethasone acetate was 12 96μg· mL- 1 （r = 0. 9999, n = 5 ） ; the average recovery rate was 98.8 96 （ RSD = 0.83 96, n = 6 ）. CONCLUSION The method is highly repeatable and accurate, which can be used for determination of dexamethasone acetate in compound gentamycin pellicles. |
