高压氧治疗慢性肝炎对患者免疫功能和肝组织中HBsAg、HBcAg影响的研究

观察慢性肝炎（CH）高压氧（HBO）治疗前后患者的免疫功能和肝组织中HBsAg、HBcAg的变化。用纯氧单仓治疗（0.25MPa,1./5h/d,10fd/cyc,6cyc）60例CH，治疗前后用Array TM Protein System Array 160测静脉血A／G,r,lgA,lgG,lgM,C1,C4；肝穿刺活检，SP法检测肝组织中HBsAg、HBcAg，HBO治疗后CH患者静脉血r,lgA,lgG,LGm,C1,C4明显降低，A明显升高，治疗前后差异显著（P＜0．05）；CH患者肝组织中HBsAg、HBcAg治疗前后差异不显著（P＞0．05）。HBO治疗CH，可降低患者的免疫反应，对CH肝组织中HBsAg、HBcAg抑制作用不明显。

Study on the changes of immunity factors and HBsAg、HBcAg in the liver tissues after the treatment with hyperbaric oxygenation to chronic hepatitis

To observe the changes of immunity condition and the influence of HBsAg, HBcAg in the liver tissues before and after the treatment with hyperbaric oxygenation (HBO) to chronic hepatitis. 60 cases of chronic hepatitis were treated with HBO (0.25MPa, 1.5h/d,10d/cyc) for 6 treatment courses. The immunity factors (A/G,r,lgA,lgG,lgM,C1,C4)in the serum of the patients before and after treatment were measured by Array TM Protein System Array 160. HBcAg and HBsAg were detected in the liver tissues by using immunocytochemistry methods (SP) . For experiment group, after treatment with HBO, the r,lgA,lgG,gM, C1,C4 in the serum were remarkably reduced and the A were remarkably increased (P < 0.05). For the changes of HBcAg and HBsAg in the liver tissues of the patients with CH, there were no significant differences (P> 0.05)between before and after the treatment with HBO. For the patients with chronic hepatitis, the treatment with HBO may reduce the immunitical reaction, but could not eliminate the HBsAg and HBcAg in the liver tissues.
