| 摘 要： | 目的:观察规范化疗法治疗慢性心力衰竭(CHF)的临床效果。方法:选择CHF患者85 例随机分为两组。对照组(n=45)采用传统疗法,观察组(n=40)在对照组的基础上加用卡托普利、倍他乐克、螺内酯。治疗前和治疗4周后观察患者心功能(NYHA分级法)、6 min步行运动实验、心率及半年后再住院率。结果:规范化疗法与传统疗法相比,各项观察指标均有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:规范化疗法安全、有效,且能明显改善患者症状和生活质量及预后。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe clinic effect of the standardized therapy on the patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods:Eighty-five CHF patients were divided into treatment group(45 cases)and control group(40 cases)randomly.The traditional therapy was given to the control group.Captopril,Betaloc,Spironolactone was added on the treatment group plus traditional therapy.Before the treatment and after a four-week treatment,NYHA,6-minute walk and heart rate were observed;the rehospitalization rate was observed in half a year.Results:Compared with the traditional therapy,standardized therapy had a significantly difference in all the observation indexes(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:Standardized therapy is safe and effective.It significant improves patients' symptoms, their living quality and their prognoses. |
