亚临床甲减患者左旋甲状腺素治疗后脂代谢的变化

摘    要:目的探讨亚临床甲状腺功能减退患者左旋甲状腺素治疗后脂代谢的变化。方法亚临床甲减患者60例,每天口服左旋甲状腺素钠12.5~50μg,观察治疗前后促甲状腺素(TSH)、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离四碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT4)总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)及临床症状。结果有甲减症状的部分患者症状缓解,血TC、TG、LDL-C较治疗前明显降低(P〈0.05)。结论左旋甲状腺素钠治疗可使亚临床甲减患者症状缓解,血脂改善。

Abstract:Objective To observe the change of serum lipid after treatment with L-thyroxine.Methods Sixty patients with subclinical bypothyoidism were treated with oral 12.5μg and 50μg of L-thyroxine,respectively.Free triiodothyronine(FT3),thyroidstimulating hormone(TSH),free teraiodothyronine(FT4),total cholestesrol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) and clinical symptoms were observed before and after treatment.Results Symptoms were improved in some patients with hypothyroidism and their TC,TG,LDL-C levels were lower after treatment than before treatment(P0.05).Conclusion L-thyroxine can improve the clinical symptoms and decrease the blood lipid level in hypothyroidism patients.
