护理单元管理新模式

传统的护理单元管理方式在一定程度上制约了护理专业的发展，为适应我国市场经济快速发展的需要，促进护理学科发展，我院在管理模式上进行了探索．在两个护理单元内实行了护士长独立管理、成本单独核算的管理方式。实践证明新的管理模式在发挥护士长的主观能动性．提高综合管理能力，改善护理服务质量，提高护士全科业务能力、关系协调能力等方面具有明显优势。

Discussion of new management pattern of nursing unit

Traditional management pattern of nursing unit had restricted the development of nursing profession to some extent. In order to meet the need of development of market economy at home and promote the development of nursing profession, new management models were explored in our hospital with self-governed management by charge nurse and cost accounting independently being executed in two nursing units. Evidence proved that new management pattern had distinct advantage in developing subjectivity of charge nurse,improving integrate management ability, reforming service quality, enhancing professional ability of personnel and coordination ability.
