基于“六位一体”功能的基本医疗管理模式的探索与体会

探讨郊区乡镇卫生院在向社区卫生服务中心转型过程中,适应＂六位一体＂功能的基本医疗管理的模式。按照《上海市城市社区卫生服务主要工作内容》的要求,通过上海市郊区周浦镇社区卫生服务中心基本医疗管理模式的建设,从组织架构和职责、核心制度和重点流程及质量管理标准和技术规范三大体系进行了有益的探索。涉及基本医疗管理的目标、组织、对象、流程、制度、标准、规范、职责和资质等,并对产生的问题提出对策和建议。
