2030例门诊患者衣原体和支原体及淋球菌检测分析

目的探讨泌尿生殖道感染中衣原体、支原体及淋球菌的检出情况。方法对2030例门诊患者的泌尿生殖道分泌物同时进行衣原体、支原体检测及淋球菌培养，以致病菌阳性检出率报告。结果3项检测阳性检出率分别为支原体52．27％，衣原体12．46％，淋球菌2．07％。经Х^2检验，女性患者支原体检出率明显高于男性，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；衣原体和淋球菌检出率男女性差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论2030例患者支原体感染率最高，衣原体和淋球菌感染次之，其中女性支原体感染明显高于男性。

The analysis on chlamydia, mycoplasma and gonorrhoeae of 2 030 cases of outpatients

Objective To explore condition of the detection of chlamydia, mycoplasma and gonorrhoeae in genitourinary infection patients. Methods Collect genitourinary secretions of 2 030 outpatients to detect the chlamydia, mycoplasma and gonorrhoeae simultaneously. Results The positive rate of mycoplasma was 52. 27%, chlamydia 12.46% ,and gonococcus 2.07%. With chi square test ,it showed that the positive rate of mycoplasma was higher in female than that in male,and had significant difference between male and female （P〈0.05）. Neither of the positive rates of chlamydia and gonorrhoeae had significant difference between male and female （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The infection rate of mycoplasma was highest in 2 030 outpatients, while the infection rate of chlamydia or gonorrhoeae was lower ,and the infection rate of mycoplasma was much higher in female than that in male.
