饮食服务业从业人员乙型肝炎病毒感染动态研究

摘    要:目的为了解泰安市饮食服务业从业人员乙型肝炎病毒感染状况。方法应用ELISA方法在1995~1999年对53434名饮食服务业从业人员进行了血清HBsAg、抗-HBc、HBeAg和抗-HBe检测。结果 1995~1999年饮食服务业从业人员血清HBsAg、抗-HBc、HBeAg和抗-HBe总阳性率呈逐年下降趋势,依次为4.41%、3.88%、3.46%、2.86%和2.50%,其差异有显著意义(χ2=87.96,P<0.01),每间隔1年及其以上的两个年度的总阳性率之间的差异均有显著意义(均P<0.01)。理发美容业从业人员的血清HBsAg、抗-HBc、HBeAg和抗-HBe总阳性率高于食品加工企业从业人员、炊事员、售货员、宾馆服务员(均P<0.01),差异均有显著性。售货员与宾馆服务员的血清HBsAg、抗-HBc、HBeAg和抗-HBe总阳性率高于食品加工业从业人员和炊事员(χ2= 88.08,P<0.01),差异有显著性。结论饮食服务业从业人员HBV感染率呈逐年下降趋势,理发美容业从业人员HBV感染率显著高于其他从业人员。

Dynamic investigation of HBV infection in persons from catering and service trades
Abstract:Objective To made follow-up observations on HBV infection in persons from catering and service trades. Methods Serum HBsAg,anti-HBc, HBeAg and anti-HBe were detected by ELISA in 53434 persons from catering and service trades during the past 5 years (1995-1999). Results The total positive rates of the above parameters were reduced year by year(4.40%,3.88%,3.46%,2.86% and 2.50%,respectively; χ2=87.96, P<0.01).There was significant statistic implication between every other years. The total positive rates in persons from hairdressing and beauty parlours were higher than in those from food industry,cooks,shop assistants and attendants (P<0.01). The total positive rate in shop assistants and attendants was higher than in those from food industry and the cooks (χ2=88.08, P<0.01). Conclusions The prevalence of HBV infection in persons from catering and service trades was reduced year by year. The prevalence was much higher in the persons from hairdressing and beauty parlours than those of other professions.
