| 摘 要： | 目的建立阿奇霉素颗粒剂的溶出度测定方法。方法采用浆法,以磷酸盐缓冲液(pH6.0)为溶出介质,溶剂量500 mL,转速为100 r.min-1,溶出时间为30 min,用高效液相色谱法进行测定。结果本方法线性关系良好,平均回收率在99.9%,RSD=0.5%(n=9)。结论本方法简便、准确,可为阿奇霉素颗粒剂溶出度的测定提供依据。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a determination method of dissolution of Azithromycin Granules.Methods Paddle method was adopted The 500 mL phosphate buffer(pH 6.0) were used as dissolution medium which the speed was set at 50 r.min-1.The dissolution time was 30 min and then were determined by HPLC.Results The linear relationship was good with average revocery of 99.9%(RSD=0.5%,n=9).Conclusion The method was simple and accurate,can provide the basis for the determination of dissolution of Azithromycin Granules. |
