| Abstract: | The colorimetry is commonly used in chemical composition of traditional Chinese medicine for the determination.Its color reaction is sensitive.The operation is simple,and the cost is low.This paper discussed the basic principle of colorimetry,and the application in determination of flavonoids,saponins,polysaccharide,alkaloid and polypeptide. |
