| 摘 要： | 目的探讨中西医结合治疗胆源性休克的方法。方法对不能应用糖皮质激素治疗的胆源性休克的患者进行治疗观察,对照组为常规抗休克治疗;观察组在常规抗休克治疗的基础上加用复方丹参注射液、生脉注射液静滴,另以通腑泄热汤低压灌肠。结果观察组33例,治疗后休克缓解25例;对照组28例,治疗后休克缓解13例;2组疗效具显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论中西医结合治疗胆源性休克有明显疗效,能降低重症急性胆管炎患者术后病死率。

| Abstract: | Objective It is to discuss the method of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine on the shock caused by ACST.Methods The patients with the shock caused by ACST who could not be treated with glucocorticosteroid were divided into two groups.The control group was treated with conventional treatment.The treatment group was added Fufang Danshen injection,Shengmai injection and clyster with low press with Tongfu Xiere soup.Results In treatment group(33 cases),25 cases can relieve after treatment.In control group(28 cases),13 cases can relieve.There was significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment has obvious therapeutic effect on the shock caused by ACST and can debase the fatality rate after operation of grave acute cholangitis patients. |
