| 摘 要： | 用氯丙嗪治疗前列腺增生症患者,对急性尿潴留有效率为100％;对前列腺增生症缓解症状优于乙烯雌酚等药物,近期有效率100％,显效率72.5％。给家兔前列腺增生模型注射氯丙嗪后进行形态学分析,显示其增生的前列腺受抑制。本研究结果提示:氯丙嗪可能成为解除急性尿潴留及治疗前列腺增生症的有效药物。

| Abstract: | It was found that the effective rate of the treatment for acute retention of urine induced by the prostatauxc with ehlorpromazine was 100%. The drug could alleviated the symptoms of the prostatauxc better than dicthylstilbcstrolum and other agents. The short-term effective rate afnd evident rate was 100% and 72.5%, respectively. After the labbits which had been made into models of the prostatauxc were injected the ehlorpromazine, the morphological analysis showed that the hypp of the prostata had been inhibited. Therefore, it was indicated that the chlorpromazinc may be an eff live drug to treat the disease and acute retention of urine. |
