| 摘 要： | 目的观察中药内服外洗治疗婴儿湿疹的临床疗效。方法将60例湿疹患儿随机分为两组,每组各30例。治疗组采用中药祛湿汤配合药浴治疗。对照组给予扑尔敏0.35mg/(kg·d),分3次口服,外涂康肤霜,每日2次,对急性期有糜烂、渗出的患儿外敷黄连素溶液。两组均4周为1个疗程。结果治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组(P0.05),皮损面积明显减少。结论中药内服外洗治疗婴儿湿疹疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Chinese herbs oral and wash outside for infantile eczema. Methods 60 cases of children eczema were divided into 2 groups, each of the 30 cases. The treatment group were given Qushi Decoction oral and bathed, the control group were given chlorpheniramine, 0.35 mg / （ kg ·d）, to be taken in 3 separate doses, and applied Kangfu Ointment outside. Children who had erosion, exudation in acute stage were given berberine solution. Four weeks was a course of treatment in two groups. Results The clinical efficacy in treatment group was superior to control group （P 〈 0. 05）, skin injury area reduced significantly. Conclusion Chinese medicine oral and bath has notable curative effects in treating infantile eczema. |
