| 摘 要： | 目的探讨大骨瓣减压及脑池放液治疗并发脑疝形成的外伤性颅内血肿病人的临床价值。方法治疗组:63例合并脑疝形成的外伤性颅内血肿病人采用大骨瓣减压及脑池放液;对照组:55例采用常规开颅方法。结果治疗组恢复良好明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组病人颅内压下降速度和程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论大骨瓣减压及脑池放液是治疗合并脑疝形成外伤性颅内血肿病人的一种有效手术方式,尤其适用于小脑幕裂孔疝的病人。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the value of treatment of traumatic intracranial hematomas accompanied by hernia cerebri by Decompression with the Large Bone Flap and brain cistern drainage.Methods Sixty-three cases of traumatic intracranial hematomas accompanied by hernia cerebri were used Decompression with the Large Bone Flap and brain cistern drainage,55 cases were used usual craniotomy.Decompression with the Large Bone Flap and brain cistern drainage as the treatment group,while usual craniotomy as the control group.Results The cure rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Intracranial pressure decreased faster and better in the treatment group than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Decompression with the Large Bone Flap and brain cistern drainage is a good approach for the treatment of traumatic intracranial hematomas accompanied by cerebral herniation. |
