深度冷冻辐照异体硬脑膜移植的实验研究和临床应用

摘    要:取新鲜异体硬脑膜,深度冷冻辐照、灭菌后移植于硬脑膜缺损处,结果表明经深度冷冻辐照后的硬脑膜不仅抗原性减弱,移植后无排异反应,而且具有宿主硬脑膜的生物特性,组织结构保持完整,容易存活,是目前理想的硬脑膜修补材料。

Abstract:Deep-frozen irradiated dura mater has been transplanted to dura mater defect. The results show that deep frozen irradiated dura mater reduces tissue antigenicity, possesses the biological characteristic of host dura mater, completely maintains histological structure and has no rejection after transplantation. Deep-frozen irradiated dura mater easily survives and is an ideal material to repair dura mater defect.
