摘    要:本文报道了月见草油和二高—γ—亚麻酸有明显抑制血小板聚集和血小板合成血栓素A_2(TXA_2)的作用。以ID_(50)(抑制TxA_2合成50%的剂量计算,用兔血小板制备酶时两药剂量(月见草油按所含γ—亚麻酸量计算)、比值为7.7:1,用人血小板制备酶时其比值为7.5:1。同时也观察到HHT及HETE的变化。这为我国丰富的月见草资源作为防治血栓性心血管疾病的开发利用提供了理论依据。

Abstract:Our experiments proved that Evening primose oil (EPO)and Dihomo-gamma linolenic acid (DGLA) evidently inhibited platelet aggregation and thromboxane (TxA2) biosynthesis. Calculated according to ID50 (dose for 50% inhibition of TxA2),when ensyme from rabbit platelets was used,their ratio (ganuna-linolenic acid contained in EPO) was 7.7:1, when enzyme from human platelets was used, their ratio was 7.5:1. The changes in HHT and HETE were also observed. Our findings give a theoretical basis for exploitation and utilization of such rich resources of evening primose in OUT country for preventing and treating throm-botic cardiovascular diseases.
