银杏叶制剂联合星状神经节阻滞治疗偏头痛疗效观察

目的:观察银杏叶制剂复合星状神经节阻滞治疗偏头痛的近期疗效。方法:偏头痛患者75例,随机分为3组:银杏叶制剂组(A组)、星状神经节阻滞组(B组)和C组为联合组(A+B组),每组25例。观察疼痛强度、头痛持续时间及治疗的总有效率。结果:3组病例治疗后偏头痛均有改善,疼痛强度减轻,头痛持续时间缩短(P <0.01);与A、B组相比较,C组疼痛强度减轻更明显(P <0.05),头痛持续时间更短(P <0.05),总有效率显著提高(P <0.05)。结论:银杏叶制剂复合星状神经节阻滞治疗偏头痛,可以缩短病程,改善头痛症状,近期效果令人满意。

Therapeutic Efficacy of Combination of Extract of Ginkgo Biloba and Stellate Ganglion Block on Migraine

Objective:To observe the therapeutic efficacy of combination of Extract of Ginkgo Biloba (EGB) and Stellate Ganglion Block (SGB) on migraine. Methods: 75 cases were randomly divided into three groups, there were 25 cases in every groups respectively. In group A, EGB was used and group B was treated with SGB. In group C, both EGB and SGB were used. The total number, total duration and total effective rate of migraine attacks were recorded. Results: The total number and total duration of migraine attacks were markedly decreased in three groups (P <0.01). Group C was more effective than the group A and group B in lowering the total number, total duration and total effective rate of migraine attacks (P <0.05).Conclusion: Combination of EGB and SGB was an effective way for the therapy of patients with migraine. It can decrease the total number and total duration, and also lower the total effective rate of migraine attacks.
