反相高效液相色谱法测定当归调经冲剂中阿魏酸的含量

目的：建立以反相高效液相色谱法测定当归调经冲剂中阿魏酸含量的方法。方法：色谱柱为Agillent ODSCm柱（4．6mm×250mm／，5μm），流动相为甲醇-0．1％磷酸（37：63），检测波长为316nm，柱温为25℃，流速为1．0ml／min。结果：阿魏酸进样量在0．0232～0．2552μg内线性关系良好（r=0．9999），平均加样回收率为99．40％（RSD=1．60％，n=5）。结论：本法简便、准确、专属性强，重现性好，可用于该制剂的质量控制。

Determination of Ferulic acid in Dangguitiaojing Granules by RP-HPLC

Objective：To establish a RP-HPLC method for determination of ferulic acid in Dangguitiaojing granules. Methods：HPLC Agillent ODS C18（4.6mm × 250mm, 5 μ m） was used and Metho1-0.1%H3PO4（37：63） as moblie phase. The detective wavelength was set at 316nm, the column temperature was at 25℃, and the flow rate was 1. Oml/min. Results：Ferulic acid showed a good linearity in the range of 0.0232-0. 2552 μ g（r=0. 9999）.The average recovery was 99.40%, RSD was 1.60%（n=5）.Conclusion：This simple, accurate and specific method can be used for quality control of Dangguitiaojing granules.
