影响种植义齿稳定性的咬合因素分析

目的 分析影响种植义齿稳定性的咬合因素，保持种植体的长期稳定。方法 通过临床病例分析，找出影响种植义齿稳定性的咬合因素，从而提高种植体的稳定性，提高种植体的成功率。结果 种植义齿有不同于正常牙的结构，咬合对两者影响区别较大，种植义齿的长期稳定性对修复体成功率影响很大，是多方面咬合因素作用的结果。结论 咬合因素多方面影响种植义齿稳定性，这一问题的关键在于如何避免种植义齿的咬合创伤所造成的骨整合破坏。避免种植义齿咬合创伤对种植体的长期稳定性尤为重要。

Analyze Occlusive Facters on Stability of Denture Plantation

Objective To analyze occlusive factors on stability of denture plantation and investigate the method to maintain long-term stability of implants. Methods Figure out occlusive factors on stability of denture plantation by studying on medical records, in order to increase stability of implants and raise successful rate.Results Implant has different structure compared with healthy tooth, thus occlusion impact to them are very different. Long-term stability of denture implant is an important element of raising successful rate of denture plantation and is the result of multiple occlusive factors.
