| 摘 要： | 目的:对比CT血管造影(CTA)与数字减影脑血管造影(DSA)检查在自发性蛛网膜下腔出血(s-SAH)诊断中的价值与优势。方法:对我科2006年7月～2008年6月收治的36例s-SAH患者均进行脑CTA及DSA配对检查。结果:36例中,CTA检查阳性率为72.2%(26/36);DSA检查阳性率为75.0%(27/36),两者无明显差别。其中2例多发性动脉瘤患者中,CTA扫描只检出1例,而DSA检查2例均被检出。结论:CTA扫描具有三维重建图像特征,安全、准确、快捷、经济,可作为s-SAH早期诊断的首选方法。必要时可根据平扫结果进一步选择扫描基线降至枕骨大孔或上移扫描范围,进而提高阳性率,为外科手术定位切除范围提供了显著优势。

| Abstract: | Objective:To compare the application of CT angiography(CTA)and digital subtraction angiography(DSA)in the early diagnosis of spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhage(s-SAH).Methods:Employed paring examination to 36 s-SAH patients during July 2006 to June 2008 by CTA and DSA.Results:Positive rate of CTA examination was 72.2%(26/36),with three dimension reconstruction,while positive rate of DSA was 75.0%(27/36).The difference between two scanning methods was insignificant.1 case with multiple aneurysms was missing by CTA scanning.Conclusion:CTA is safe,accurate,convenient and economical.It can be the first choice for early diagnosis of s-SAH,and is helpful for surgical localizing. |
