紫杉醇、顺铂及5-氟尿嘧啶联合用于晚期鼻咽癌的疗效观察

目的观察紫杉醇联合顺铂（DDP）、5-氟尿嘧啶（5-Fu）方案（TPF）治疗晚期鼻咽癌病人的疗效和毒性反应。方法采用TPF方案治疗晚期鼻咽癌20例,紫杉醇135 mg/m2d 1,DDP 20mg/m2d 1-4,5-FU 500 mg/m2d 1-5CIV120小时,每3周重复,所有患者均接受至少两个周期以上化疗。结果本组病例近期治疗有效率为80%,毒性反应主要为骨髓抑制、消化道反应、口腔粘膜反应及肌肉关节痛,多为Ⅱ、Ⅲ度,可耐受。结论TPF方案可安全有效地应用于晚期鼻咽癌的治疗。

Effect of combination of paclitaxel, cisplantin and 5-fluorouracil in treatment of advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma

Objective To investigate the efficacy and toxic reaction of combination of paclitaxel,cisplantin and 5- fluorouracil in treatment of advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods Twenty cases of advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma were treated with paelitaxel, DDP, 5-FU and CIV, which was repeated every 3 weeks. All patients were received at least two course of the treatment. Results The effective rate was 80%. The major toxicities were neutropenia, nausea vomiting, oral mucosa reation, arthralgia, myalgia and alopecia. Those side effects were from slight to moderate. Conclusion The results indicate that paclitaxel combined with cisplantin and 5-fluorouracil for treatment of advanced nasopharygeal carcinoma is safe and effective.
