化瘀消异汤联合西药治疗子宫内膜异位症60例临床观察

目的：观察化瘀消异汤联合西药治疗子宫内膜异位症临床疗效。方法将120例子宫内膜异位症患者随机分为2组。对照组60例予丹那唑、结合雌激素片、安宫黄体酮治疗，治疗组60例在对照组治疗基础上加用化瘀消异汤治疗。2组均1个月为1个疗程，3个疗程后进行疗效统计，并观察2组治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟评分（VAS）、癌胚抗原125（CA-125）、卵泡刺激素（FSH）、血清雌二醇（E2）及不良反应[采用改良Kupperman评分法（KMI）]情况。结果治疗组总有效率90．00％，对照组总有效率70．00％，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05），治疗组疗效优于对照组。2组治疗后CA-125、FSH及E2均下降（P＜0．05），且治疗组降低优于对照组（P＜0．05）；2组治疗后VAS评分均下降（P＜0．05），且治疗组降低优于对照组（P＜0．05）；2组治疗后KMI评分比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）。结论化瘀消异汤联合西药治疗子宫内膜异位症疗效确切。

Treatment of endometriosis by Huayuxiaoyi decoction combined with western medicine

Objective To observe the clinical effect of endometriosis treated by Huayuxiaoyi decoction com -bined with western medicine .Methods 120 cases of endometriosis were randomly divided into two groups .60 cases in control group received treatment of Danazol ,conjugated estrogens tablets and medroxyprogesterone acetate .60 cases in treatment group were treated by Huayuxiaoyi decoction on the basis of control group treatment .The therapeutic course was a month in two groups .The therapeutic effect was evaluated after a course .The change of VAS,CA125, FSH,E2 and adverse reaction before and after treatment were observed .Results The total effective rate in treatment group （90.00%） was superior to that in control group （70.00%,P〈0.05）.The levels of CA-125,FSH and E2 af-ter treatment were decreased in two groups （P〈0.05）.The decrease in treatment group was superior to that in con-trol group （P〈0.05）.The level of VAS after treatment were decreased in two groups （P〈0.05）.The decrease in treatment group was superior to that in control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Huayuxiaoyi decoction combined with western medicine is effective on the treatment of endometriosis and without obvious adverse reaction .
