| 摘 要： | 对留置气囊导尿管意外发生的原因及处理方法进行探讨与分析。55例病中因暴力拔管致尿道损伤及膀胱异物存留19例；导尿管拔出困难19例；导尿管插入部位不当致尿道损伤17例。根据不同的意外发生采取相应的对策处理。认为重视导尿术的正规操作培训及护理是预防导尿管意外发生的主要措施。

| Abstract: | To analyze the causes and conduct the treatment of accidents in balloon urethral catheter. 55 cases were divided according to respective causes: including 19 forced pullout of the catheter, resulting in urethral injuries and foreign body of bladder, 19 difficulties in pullout of the catheter and 17 improper intubations of the catheter resulting in urethral injuries. Then proper treatment was performed in accordance with different causes. The causes of accidents in balloon urethral catheter involved compulsive pullout, difficulties in pullout and improper catheterization and proper and timely treatment were needed. The standardization in the practice and training of urethral catheterization is key to prevent accidents in balloon urethral catheter. |
