| 摘 要： | 目的:清热养阴除湿丸抗炎镇痛作用及其急性毒性研究。方法:通过小鼠耳廓肿胀实验及足趾肿胀实验观察清热养阴除湿丸抗炎作用;醋酸扭体法观察清热养阴除湿丸镇痛作用,对其抗炎、镇痛作用进行评价。上下法限度试验检测清热养阴除湿丸急性毒性。结果:清热养阴除湿丸对小鼠耳廓肿胀及足肿胀有良好的抑制作用;能有效减少小鼠扭体次数。急性毒性LD50>5000mg/kg。结论:清热养阴除湿丸具有良好的抗炎、镇痛作用且基本无毒。
